Oatmeal has quickly become one of my favorite kinds of breakfast! Besides pancakes, of course 😉 I know oatmeal never looks very appealing, but with the right kind of toppings it can a lot more like it tastes: really good. Some freshly squeezed orange juice and a cup of green tea makes it a perfect breakfast for me!
I make my perfect oatmeal by microwaving oats, almondmilk (you should have more oats than milk in your bowl) plus mixed berries. I put them in for 3.5 minutes on 50% strength (have no idea how much watts that is, sorry!). Let them sit for a minute, add some more toppings (I added almonds, shredded coconut and a little maple syrup) and enjoy!
