Oatmeal has quickly become one of my favorite kinds of breakfast! Besides pancakes, of course ;) I know oatmeal never looks very appealing, but with the right kind of toppings it can a lot more like it tastes: really good. Some freshly squeezed orange juice and a cup of green tea makes it a perfect breakfast for me!
I like to make something special for breakfast, like healthy banana-egg pancakes or oat-pancakes or any other kind of healthy pancakes ;) But some days I don’t feel like being in the kitchen too long to make breakfast, so I make something easy. I found some really good looking “cereal” at my supermarket the other day, which is perfect to eat in the morning. I had it with some warmed up rice-almond milk, I made a cup of green tea and squeezed some oranges: perfect simple breakfast. And it looks good, doesn’t it? ;)
