I’ve got a cute colored recipe for you guys! Last week I decided I wanted to make pink pancakes, so I gave that a try! Too bad they didn’t turn as pink as I had hoped, but they’re still pink (ish), right? 😉 (I was aiming for something bright like this, better next time!) Anyway, they tasted really good, so on to the recipe!
- 1 whole egg + 1 eggwhite
- 1 tbsp milk of choice (I used almond milk)
- 3-4 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 big handful of frozen raspberries
- a little baking powder (about 1 tsp)
It’s super simple: mix everything together with a blender (or you could microwave the raspberries for a few seconds and mash them with a fork), and bake in a pan. The batter is quite thick, but that’s how it’s supposed to be. Also makes it easier to make smaller pancakes 🙂 Enjoy!
