The best healthy brownies

…if you can call any brownie healthy, anyway! Let’s just say that these brownies are the best option to go for if you crave brownies – they’re guilt-free. I adapted a recipe I came across somewhere on Instagram, I gave it my own twist. As for the recipe: the measurements I used are in cups – since the original recipe worked with cups too. I actually got a set of measuring cups at Albert Heijn (you can see one on this picture) – tip for cooking & baking Dutchies! Let’s get to the pictures and the recipe now, shall we?

What is in there?
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 3 tbsp lactose free butter
  • 5 tbsp (granulated) stevia
  • 1/3 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 egg + 1 eggwhite
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao nibs

What to do?
  1. Preheat your oven to 180˚C.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients together in a seperate bowl.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Put the mixture in whatever you’re gonna bake it in ;)
  6. Put it in the oven to bake for about 25 minutes (depending on your oven).
