So with that in mind, I decided to list a few things you guys probably don’t know about me. I like making lists like these, I hope you like reading it ;) When I have a little time on my hands, I like to watch tv shows. Lots of episodes of those tv shows, to be more specific. For example: in the past week I have watched 3 full seasons of The Big Bang Theory. In 3 days. (I admit, I’m obsessed with this particular show) I am pretty much always, ALWAYS listening to music. You could say that the only time I don’t have my music on is when I’m sleeping. Or when I’m watching my tv shows ;) Tag: Get to know me better 5 februari 2013 I normally don’t like to do tags, but I found this one to be very fun to read on blogs… so I decided to fill it in myself and share it with you :) So here you go: get to know me better! Year of birth: 1990. How tall are you? Around 168cm, don’t know the exact number though! What did you think when you woke up this morning? When my alarm went of: “Already? Nooo!” Where are you at this moment? In my living room, at the table. Single/relationship? Single. Give a short description of yourself: Creative, caring, sensitive, dreamer. 13 things you didn’t know about me 10 januari 2013 When I buy something, I never take the first item, it always has to be the third one (or the one that looks the best if the third doesn’t) I always need to have a bottle of water with me. Without it I’m suddenly super thirsty all the time. When I was younger I wanted to be a teacher. Or an archeologist. I play the piano. In fact, I love playing the piano. It makes me really happy. My favorite pieces to play are Moonlight Sonata and Für Elise, both by Beethoven. My secret dream is to be an amazing singer (like, Mariah Carey/Whitney Houston/Christina Aguilera good). I know it’s impossible, but a girl can dream, right? I didn’t get my ears pierced until I was sixteen. Energy drinks are my weakness. I absolutely have to steer clear of them, because once I have one, I can’t stop. Call me crazy, but I really like their taste. My biggest challenge is living in the moment. I’m usually way too caught up thinking about the past (“what if…”) or worrying about the future. The first thing I do in the morning is get my iPhone and check Facebook. I don’t even like Facebook that much, but somehow it’s very addictive. I’m neither a cat nor a dog person. In fact, I’m not such a big pet fan in general. I used to be afraid of opening umbrellas. Yes, you’ve read that right. I still dislike doing it very much, but at least I’m doing it and not letting someone do it for me. If you’d see my room it’s probably hard to believe, but I love organizing. Whether it’s stuff like clothes, books, nail polish, or digital things like pictures, documents or iPhone apps, I’ll organize it. By color, name, type… I love it. What I really don’t like about myself most of the time is my shyness. But there’s nothing wrong with being shy, right? And it’s something that’s a part of me. Maybe just being myself & accepting my shyness will actually help me overcome it a little bit… who knows? Ask me anything: the answers 12 november 2012 Vanwaar je passie voor fotografie? Ik vind het geweldig om alle (mooie, leuke, bijzondere, aparte, dagelijkse) dingen op een mooie manier vast te leggen :) Waar zie je jezelf binnen 10 jaar? Dat vind ik altijd een lastige vraag, want dat toekomstbeeld van mij verandert nog wel eens ;) Over tien jaar heb ik een toffe baan, ben ik gezond en fit, woon ik in een grote stad, fotografeer ik er (nog meer) op los, heb ik een relatie (misschien ook wel een kind) en een mooi appartement. Waaraan ben je verslaafd? Verslaafd is een groot woord, maar ik moet bijna altijd wel muziek luisteren. Dus basically: ik ben verslaafd aan muziek. Nagellak (zowel het kopen van en het lakken van m’n nagels) kon ik tot voor kort ook nog wel een verslaving noemen, maar die bestaat eigenlijk niet meer sinds ik op Curaçao woon! Komt denk ik omdat ik hier maar een beperkt aantal lakjes heb, en m’n tijd nu aan andere dingen besteed. / Nieuwere posts »

I think it’s always fun to discover new things about bloggers I follow! So with that in mind, I decided to list a few things you guys probably don’t know about me. I like making lists like these, I hope you like reading it ;)

When I buy something, I never take the first item, it always has to be the third one (or the one that looks the best if the third doesn’t)
I always need to have a bottle of water with me. Without it I’m suddenly super thirsty all the time.

I play the piano. In fact, I love playing the piano. It makes me really happy. My favorite pieces to play are Moonlight Sonata and Für Elise, both by Beethoven.

Vanwaar je passie voor fotografie? Ik vind het geweldig om alle (mooie, leuke, bijzondere, aparte, dagelijkse) dingen op een mooie manier vast te leggen :) Waar zie je jezelf binnen 10 jaar? Dat vind ik altijd een lastige vraag, want dat toekomstbeeld van mij verandert nog wel eens ;) Over tien jaar heb ik een toffe baan, ben ik gezond en fit, woon ik in een grote stad, fotografeer ik er (nog meer) op los, heb ik een relatie (misschien ook wel een kind) en een mooi appartement. Waaraan ben je verslaafd? Verslaafd is een groot woord, maar ik moet bijna altijd wel muziek luisteren. Dus basically: ik ben verslaafd aan muziek.
