I’ll just come out and say it: I’m a breakfast person (18-year-old me would not believe this in a million years). However, I’ve been developing my love for lunch lately. I never used to like eggs before, now I love them – especially for lunch! Here are some of my favorite scrambled eggs recipes I had in the past week or so. Sweet & savoryScramble two eggs with a big handful of spinach, serve with 1-2 slices smoked salmon, half an apple, a small piece of goat’s cheese and a few walnuts.

This thing right here, it combines some of my favorite things: notebooks, writing & food! Needless to say, a gift to me can’t be more perfect than this ;) I got this awesome little book – a Moleskine Passion Journal – from Cadeau.nl, a Dutch website full of cool gift ideas. Makes my wishlist ever so long! ;) 
This smoothie actually ended up in a bowl by accident ;) I was going for a drinkable smoothie, but the consistency turned out a little too thick, so I put it in a bowl. It’s kinda like ice cream, but still smoothie-like. Sounds interesting, huh? Anyway, it was perfect like this & very tasty too! 
Coral is one of my favorite colors when it comes to nail polish. I think it’s a classic! My favorite coral polish is Essie’s California Coral. Essie really is my favorite brand, the quality is amazing. My nails are always dry in no time! Just for fun I decided to add some gold dots on both my ring finger, with Gosh’s Gold :) |
