Actually, for me this has been more of an add-on to my lunch than a snack, but this is also a perfect option to eat in between meals when you feel you need to eat something!
I always have these little tubs of Greek yoghurt in my fridge, which is the perfect portion for such a snack. I usually add date syrup, frozen raspberries & a few almonds – my favorite combo! Sometimes I use mape syrup instead of date syrup, and sometimes I also add some muesli or shredded coconut. Options are endless!
