As the 31st is approaching fast (tomorrow already, wow!), it’s the perfect time to look back on what I have loved in the 2012. Even though there is so much that I loved, I did manage to make a selection of my absolute faves! Tv shows In July I discovered a new tv show: Pretty Little Liars. Well, I’d heard of it, but I had never seen one episode. But wow, what an addictive show – all the mysteries and drama! It’s also a bit scary sometimes, I honestly have been afraid to go to sleep because I watched a few episodes (at night) while I was home alone. Once Upon A Time is a show I discovered quite recently, but I already saw the complete season 1. At first I was a little wary… I mean, a show about fairy tales? Won’t that ruin the way I always see them: perfect, happy & colorful stories? Well, they made it all so different and exciting and awesome that it has become one of my favorite shows. Book This is the book I read during my 10-hour flight from Amsterdam to Curaçao. I read it from cover to cover and all I can say is: Wow, what a beautiful book. It made me cry a little (in public, which I hate). If I had been alone, it probably would’ve been a full blown tear-fest. I find it very hard to summarize the story well, but I’ll try. In short: it’s about a girl named Hazel, who is terminally ill. At a cancer support group she meets a very interesting character: a boy named Augustus, who changes her life – while she changes his. Weekend on Bonaire 28 december 2012 Even though it was already two weeks ago (where does the time go?), I absolutely didn’t forget about sharing some of the pictures I took on my trip to Bonaire! We left really early on saturday morning (around 5:30 in the morning), because our flight was supposed to go at 7am. Unfortunately it was delayed, so it took longer than expected to get to Bonaire. Not that it was such a long flight, we were only in the air for fifteen minutes ;) I did feel a little scared to be on a plane again, actually! Anyway, on the first day we rented our scooters, did some groceries, toured around the island for a few hours, went out for dinner & had a fun girls’ night in, talking and drinking wine. Here are some of the pictures I took! (and others took of me!) This was 2012 27 december 2012 Wow, almost time for 2013 already! I know I’ve said it a hundred times before, but it’s still true: time flies! Can’t believe how fast it goes sometimes. I’m sure you all can relate to that! As the new year is coming soon, I wanted to look back on the year I’ve had and do a little summary, in both words and pictures! In January I rang in the new year with good friends, went to Berlin for a few days to kick off my minor at school (learning about graphic design, art direction, photography!) & started in my Q&A a day diary. February was a very busy, a very cold & a very snowy month. I had to do a lot of school work – which also involved taking a lot of pictures, went to Antwerp for a few days, did a day trip to Amsterdam with my mom to take pictures & decided I wanted to be healthier and change my diet. In March I stopped eating sugar, did a lot of fun school assignments (made an inspiration book and a nail polish box) & I baked a cake (which failed terribly – too bad) for my 22nd birthday on the 20th. In April I was still eating much healthier, I discovered my love for baking things, I tried out HDR photography, celebrated Queen’s Day, sorted out my nail polishes and put on pink lipstick to celebrate my birthday with friends. Another year is coming to an end! As the 31st is approaching fast (tomorrow already, wow!), it’s the perfect time to look back on what I have loved in the 2012. Even though there is so much that I loved, I did manage to make a selection of my absolute faves!

Weekend on Bonaire

Even though it was already two weeks ago (where does the time go?), I absolutely didn’t forget about sharing some of the pictures I took on my trip to Bonaire! Wow, almost time for 2013 already! I know I’ve said it a hundred times before, but it’s still true: time flies! Can’t believe how fast it goes sometimes. I’m sure you all can relate to that! As the new year is coming soon, I wanted to look back on the year I’ve had and do a little summary, in both words and pictures!

In January I rang in the new year with good friends, went to Berlin for a few days to kick off my minor at school (learning about graphic design, art direction, photography!) & started in my Q&A a day diary.
