This smoothie actually ended up in a bowl by accident 😉 I was going for a drinkable smoothie, but the consistency turned out a little too thick, so I put it in a bowl. It’s kinda like ice cream, but still smoothie-like. Sounds interesting, huh? Anyway, it was perfect like this & very tasty too!
To make this “smoothie in a bowl”, simply blend together the following ingredients (measurements to taste): Greek yoghurt, frozen raspberries, frozen blueberries, frozen mango, maple syrup and some coconut water (not too much if you want the smoothie in a bowl!). I topped it with some shredded coconut and a few almonds. Yum!
