I made this dish before I decided that I wanted to become a vegetarian (see here), so that’s why there is meat in there. Just a heads up ;) This is actually one of my favorite things to eat (also the vegetarian version I made last week!), super simple to make, too!
Preheat your oven to 200˚C. Proceed to add the following ingredients to a dish (oven-proof): tortilla chips, minced meat (brown in pan first), cherry tomatoes (cut in half), red onion, creme fraiche and top it off with any kind of cheese you like! Goes in the oven for about 15 minutes, just check if the cheese is melted!
(I am SO going to make this again this week!) (for the vegetarian version just use vegetarian “meat” instead of actual meat)
